Walker Cole International is searching for a Preclinical Programme Manager to join an industry leading Biotechnology Company based in the UK. As a Preclinical Programme Manager you will be responsible for strategic assessment and development of therapies in the group discovery portfolio.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Set the strategy of study design and execution across the group.
- Support a small team of experienced scientists delivering project execution.
- Work closely with regulatory colleagues to prepare preclinical / non-clinical regulatory documentation.
- As the Preclinical programme manager, you will develop protocals and review study reports for all preclinical programmes.
- Ability to integrate and lead a team of multi-discipline experts including chemistry, biology, DMPK, nonclinical toxicology, translational scientists, and others.
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree, Masters or PhD in relevant discipline.
- Extensive preclinical / R&D experience
- Proven experience in taking assets through IND approval
