Site Director

Walker Cole International is searching for a Site Director to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in West of Germany. As the Site Director, you will oversee end to end GMP pharmaceutical operations across the site.

Your responsibilities as the Site Director will be:

• Lead a large operations team specialising in GMP pharmaceutical drug products.
• Oversee and drive world class performance of pharmaceutical warehouse.
• Manage, develop and mentor a group of function leaders.
• Drive site optimisation projects including process improvement and lean.
• Build cross functional relationships between site departments.
• Lead site inspections and external relationships.

The success candidate for the Head of Manufacturing will demonstrate the following:

• Industry experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership roles.
• German and English language skills are essential.
