External Manufactruing Specialist

Walker Cole International is searching for an External Manufacturing Specialist to join a Global Pharmaceutical company. The business specialise in supporting patients with rare diseases and cancer on a global basis.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Work with external partners on Formulation and Manufacturing of Oral Solid Dose products (OSD)
• Be the technical point of contact for external CDMOs for all queries 
• Hold Contract Organisations to account from a technical standpoint
• Technology transfer of clinical and commercial phase products to contract manufacturers.
• As the External Manufacturing Specialist, you will support the Business Development function in developing external relationships.

To be a successful candidate for the External Manufacturing Specialist role:

• BSc/MSc in relevant subject (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science)
• Extensive industry experience in the Formulation or Manufacturing of Solid Dosage forms
• Experience managing external CDMO partners desirable but not essential
