Automation Engineer (Contract)
Walker Cole International have partnered with a confidential pharmaceutical manufacturing client in the mid-west, seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer within their Engineering team.
We’re looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:
- Industrial engineer or Bachelor in automation/industrial computing
- 8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced in working with legacy systems, Siemens 7, Allen Bradley, Jetters, Rockwell etc.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of supervision systems, validation of machines and ensuring continuous improvement
- Project lead for process validation prior to commissioning, writing of SOPs, team training
- Experience in a sterile/aseptic manufacturing environment
Our client is offering initial 6-12 month assignments with a view to extend on this 2-3 year project, full time employment is also on offer beyond initial scope.
All contracts are paid hourly on a W2 basis.
