Validation Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a Validation Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Logistics company based at one of their 3 sites across the UK. As the Validation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team and acting as a subject matter expert for the validation activities.

Key Responsibilities as the Validation Manager:

• Overarching maintenance of all validation across the site, including temperature mapping, equipment, and computerised systems (CSV).
• Establishing the validation strategy.
• Management of planned and unplanned change (Change Controls and deviations) as they impact qualification status.
• Writing and executing validation documents across the full lifecycle.
• Lead the Validation team.

The successful Validation Manager candidate will have:

• Significant Validation experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Experience in managing a team of validation engineers, specialists, and a network of external contracted resources.
