CSV & Automation Specialist

Walker Cole International is searching for an Automation & CSV Engineer to join an industry-leading pharmaceutical company in Dublin.

As the Automation & CSV Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Emerson Delta V (DCS) to ensure optimal plant operations..

Your responsibilities as the Automation & CSV Engineer

• Develop and configure Delta V DCS systems
• Perform FAT, SAT and commissioning of automation systems
• Manage system updates, migrations, and patches while ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Support with data integrity requirements and validation across the CSV lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and procedures aligned with GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11 and ISA-88

To be a successful candidate for the Automation & CSV role:

• Batchelors or Masters (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar)
• Previous experience in Delta V, ideally MES
• Prior pharmaceutical cGMP experience
