Supplier Relationship Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for Supplier Manager to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing business in Bedfordshire. 

Your responsibilities as an Supplier Manager will be: 

• Work with external partners on Formulation and Manufacturing of Oral Solid Dose and Topical drug products 
• Act as the technical point of contact for external CDMOs for all queries 
• Collaborate with the wider Purchasing and Supply team to optimise cost, relationship, and performance value across the entire supplier base.
• Develop and own supplier KPIs, evaluating quality, OTIF, pricing and customer service.
• As the Supplier Manager, you will support the Business Development function in developing external relationships.

To be a successful candidate for the Supplier Manager role:

• BSc/MSc in relevant subject (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science)
• Proven experience in managing third party manufacturers and suppliers
• Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices
