Head of Commercial Operations, DACH

Walker Cole International is proud to be partnering with a European consumer healthcare company to search for a Head of Commercial Operations - DACH region. The role can be based in the DACH region with monthly travel to Germany. As the Head of Commercial Operations - DACH region, you will lead commercial strategy and product launches of consumer healthcare products for the region.

Responsibilities as the Head of Commercial Operations - DACH will be:

• Lead commercial strategy, regional marketing and distributor relationships for the DACH region.
• Manage, drive and support the launch of new products to deliver revenue and profit growth.
• As the Head of Commercial Operations - DACH, you will ensure 'best in class' deployment of marketing material and tools.
• Manage the region P&L inline with global budgets.
• Lead, Drive and Coach a small team focused on sales, marketing and regulatory affairs.
• Regulatory and compliance oversight of all local healthcare authority standards.

• Degree educated, MBA preferred
• Industry experience in consumer healthcare
• Work experience in commercial leadership including strategic sales, pharmacy channel and / or commercial distribution
• Expert understanding of Germany and / or DACH region is essential
