Quality Assurance Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager to join an industry-leading Cell Therapy Biotech in Belgium.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing GMP QA operational activities associated with internal GMP cell therapies manufacturing facility.

The Quality Assurance Manager You will ensure compliance to regulations and procedures for internal cGMP manufacturing and testing of clinical-phase cell therapy programs.

Your responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Manager will be: 

• Manage GMP QA operations in a cell therapy setting.
• Be the GMP QA SME responsible for compliant resolution of deviations, investigations and CAPAs in field of responsibilities.
• Evaluate internal processes; suggest/design/implement improvements; create/revise relevant SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of global regulatory requirements for cell therapy products and ensure compliance in field of responsibilities.

To be a successful candidate for the Quality Assurance Manager role:

• Batchelors or Masters (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar)
• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role biologics (ATMPs preferred)
• Prior pharmaceutical cGMP experience
