Walker Cole International are searching for a Head of Quality and Qualified Person to join an innovative Sterile Manufacturing Company in the South East of the UK. As the Head of Quality & QP, you will lead Quality Assurance function to drive internal team development and site cGMP compliance.
Your responsibilities as the Head of Quality and QP:
- Drive the vision and strategy for the Quality function across the site
- Ensure continuous improvement of site processes and procedures
- Act as the lead for audits, inspections by internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
- Act as a member of the SLT, leading on Quality council forums
The success candidate for the Director of Quality position will demonstrate the following:
- Extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience with current UK and EU GMP standards
- Eligibility to act as a QP/Qualified Person
- Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing site leadership experience managing 1st and / or 2nd line managers
