Head of Quality

Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of Quality to join a Pharmaceutical business based in Scotland. As the Head of Quality, you would be responsible for ensuring management of the business' manufacturing licenses and leadership of the Quality function on site. 

You will be responsible for:

• Management of the QA and QC teams on site, ensuring their compliance to GMDP regulations.
• Providing support to the Qualified Person and Quality Director with quality culture improvements, and quality strategy. 
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of the business' QMS
• Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to provide QA advice and ensure business compliance

You must have:

• A Life Sciences degree (or equivalent) 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working within a GMDP Pharmaceutical environment
• Significant managerial experience, leading and developing teams across either Quality Assurance or Quality Control
