Head of Commercial Operations - UK

Walker Cole International is proud to be partnering with a European pharmaceutical company to search for a Head of Commercial Operations - UK. The role is remote based with monthly travel to London. As the Head of Commercial Operations - UK, you will lead sales strategy and product launches across the UK.

Responsibilities as the Head of Commercial Operations - UK will be:

• Lead sales strategy and European expansion.
• Manage, drive and support the launch of new and existing products with wholesale partners.
• As the Head of Commercial Operations - UK, you will ensure 'best in class' deployment of marketing material and tools.
• Lead, Drive and Coach a remote, European sales team.

• Degree educated, MBA preferred
• Industry experience in specialty / niche pharmaceutical
• Work experience in commercial leadership including strategic sales, European distributor sales or business unit management.
• Expert understanding of distributor and / or wholesaler sales channels..
