Formulation Team Lead - Cosmetics 

Walker Cole International is searching for Formulation Team Lead to join an established, and fast-growing Pharmaceutical company based in the Bedfordshire.

As a Formulation Team Lead, you will lead Formulation/Product Development activities on a variety of cosmetic and semi-solid dosage forms

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Lead Formulation/Product Development activities on Cosmetic/Semi Solid form products.
• Be responsible for New Product Formulation and supporting IMP development.
• Act as a project lead on the formulation of new commercial products.
• Work closely with marketing teams and support end to end NPD 
• Lead scale-up and process validation activities.
• Contribute to the operation of the pilot plant, ensuring compliance to GMP guidelines and timely completion of projects. 

The successful Formulation Team Lead candidate will have:

• Minimum degree education in a scientific field.
• Industry experience of Semi Solid or Cosmetic dosage forms
• Prior experience in managing a team is preferred but not essential
