Christopher is a director at Walker Cole International, leading the Contingent Talent Recruitment division. He holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford which informs and shapes his client-centric approach to the complex challenges of hiring in the life sciences and pharmaceutical markets. 

Christopher’s track record spans recruiting excellence in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research and Development, and Technical Operations areas, where he has experience in both practitioner and leadership roles.

He has led and developed teams of recruiters. Currently, Christopher oversees Walker Cole International’s Graduate Trainee Programme where he uses his scientific expertise and broad experience to assist employee training and development.
